huge rainbow squares quilt

a strip pieced bargello-style quilt, bigger than king size and very, very colorful. I loved working on this quilt although the sheer size of it was frequently frustrating!

christening ensemble

For my niece, a formal winter ensemble consisting of a winter white silk velvet robe, a blush pink and winter white silk taffeta gown with silk organza overdress and vintage embroidery, matching booties, bonnet and a keepsake bag for storage.
